Trophy Trout Fishing Trip Price – $5,500 per person.
Trout Opens June 10. Trout trips are 7 days full fishing. Trips are done by boat, raft, float plane and tent camp accommodations. The best trout fishing begins in August through October. License and tags available OTC. All trout fishing is catch and release. Other species to be caught during the trip are silver salmon, grayling, dolly varden, Arctic char and pike.

If an Alaskan adventure is what you're after with no direct goals other than enjoying nature and hiking, floating and viewing bears and other wildlife then this is your trip. This trip can be conducted from a raft, tent camp or at a local lodge in the closest town, and travel will be provided from there. Our fly-out DROP CAMP HUNTS are conducted from our base camp, located on the Alaskan Peninsula in the Village of Iliamna. Hunters flying in from other states generally fly commercially to Anchorage, and then commercially via air taxi to Iliamna, AK. When you arrive in Iliamna you will be picked up by our staff and transported via bush plane to your hunting area. We do offer a lodge and accommodations if the weather is not cooperating.

An ALASKA DROP CAMP MOOSE HUNT is not for the novice or those who can’t physically pack heavy loads, as you will be responsible for getting your Alaska Yukon Moose quartered and all legal meat requirements protected and packed back to your camp or landing location. CARIBOU DROP CAMP INFO
Our fly-out DROP CAMP Caribou hunts are conducted from multiple base camp locations, located on the Alaskan Peninsula or in the Interior Alaska depending on where the caribou are at when the hunt is taking place.
Mature caribou bulls should be expected to be seen throughout the hunt with trophy potential. Large herds and satellite herds historically travel through our hunt areas giving our hunters 100% opportunity on mature bulls every year.
We will provide your camp equipment, food and bush flights. You just need to bring your personal gear and your choice of firearm or bow. The areas we hunt are high density during the rut almost 100% shot opportunity on mature bulls on outfitted caribou hunters.

BLACK BEAR + WOLF DROP CAMP INFO
The unguided drop camp black bear and wolf hunts are done in high density black bear areas. You can choose if you want to hunt over bait or spot and stalk in the mountains. The food supply for black bears in the fall are primarily berries and fish, while spring hunts are done during the black bear breeding time and they are in full-rut. Mature boars should be expected to be harvested in either style of hunt whether baited or spot and stalk. Wolves are always an opportunity for this hunt and many times seen on the move and if you can shoot your rifle 300+ yards and quick on the trigger you have a good chance at success.

FISHING DROP CAMP PACKAGES
Alaska drop camp float trip or fly-out trips are the hardcore fisherman's dream. Red or Sockeye Salmon begin their run in Late June, King Salmon begin in Mid-June and Silver Salmon begin Early August, opportunities for Pink and Chum salmon are available as well. The best trout fishing begins when the salmon are in the river systems and begin their spawning cycle putting eggs in the water thus attracting all kinds of game fish, giant rainbow trout, char, grayling and dolly Varden.
We will provide your camp equipment, food, boat rides, rafts and bush flights. You just need to bring your personal gear and your choice of fishing rod or fly fishing setup. Specific gear recommendations for this trip will be provided including what fly or lure is best for the species your will be fishing for as well as certain waders and shoe setup. The areas we fish contain the largest Sockeye salmon run in the world and it is truly a world class fishing destination for all species. Fishermen should expect to catch multiple species of fish daily and if salmon is your goal a 50lb fish box of fillets is to be expected for a week of fishing.
FLOAT TRIPS ARE GREAT FOR 2-4 PEOPLE WITH RAFTING EXPERIENCE. YOU CAN HUNT MOOSE AND FISH ALL SPECIES.
BACKPACKING TRIPS ARE GREAT FOR HUNTERS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A PHYSICAL CHALLENGE. HUNT FOR MOOSE, BLACK BEAR AND CARIBOU.

WE USE SKI PLANES TO TRANSPORT WHEN THE SNOW GETS DEEP ENOUGH OR LANDING ON A FROZEN LAKE DURING SPRING HUNTS.
WE USE FLOAT PLANE TO DROP OFF OUR FLOAT HUNTERS AND IS THE PRIMARY MODE OF TRANSPORTATION IN THE AK BUSH.
